Specifically, we provide and enable satellite communications services for voice, data, fax, SMS and telex through the Inmarsat, Iridium, Thuraya and Globalstar constellations, both in Spain and abroad. 

    The Ministry of Defence’s global communications programme aims to guarantee the security of information exchanges, as well as to increase the protection of the entire infrastructure, from the central bodies to the Army, Air Force, and Navy, including mission contingents abroad.”

    Satlink is the broadband satellite connectivity provider for the fleet of Naviera Armas Transmediterránea, a Canary Islands-based passenger and cargo shipping company. The shipping company chose Satlink based on our experience in developing this type of service for the maritime sector and the optimised satellite coverage we offer, under an agreement with Hispasat, in the Mediterranean and the Canary Islands, the shipping company’s geographical areas of operation.

    Thanks to the Satlink service, Naviera Armas is moving forward with its digitisation plan through high-quality and reliable connectivity, both in terms of added value for its more than 5 million passengers a year, and for its own operations and management.

    Since the beginning of its operations in 1992, the ground communications segment (terminals, portable and handheld communications solutions) has been high priority for Satlink. State security forces, the military, operators, utilities, civilian organisations and NGOs have trusted in our ability to provide them with the most appropriate solution for their needs, at all times. In the last three-year period 2019-21, Satlink has sold over 1,500 ground communication solutions (terminals, BGANs, etc.) to public and private customers, in order to help them achieve their business goals.
